Welcome to the Founders Club

The Founders Club is one of Sarasota’s premier golf clubs, and surrounding gated neighborhoods. Located east of I-75, The Founders Club is still connected to Sarasota and the Tampa Bay region plus near Lakewood Ranch for the ultimate convenience. The Founders Club offers residents of its 262 homes a gated community of 762 acres with a clubhouse, a tennis court, and walking trails. Membership to The Founders Golf Club is separate and optional for homeowners. Members can enjoy the 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., a PGA professional golf instruction and training facility, 2 tennis courts with professional instruction, a fitness center with classes, and the Main Clubhouse with a restaurant.
